Our Story

WayCrafted was founded by Lennie and Kimberly Walker on a simple belief: the best products come from real life. After careers serving others—as a Washington State Trooper and an EMS professional—they turned their problem-solving mindset toward the everyday frustrations of outdoor living. As RVers, dog lovers, and longtime Spokane residents, they design products they genuinely want to use themselves: thoughtful, durable, and built to perform. Every WayCrafted product begins with a real-world need and is engineered to make life outdoors a little simpler, one smart solution at a time.

I think this is such a great idea. And i am sure i will find so many ways i can use it. And the price is fantastic. Just waiting for it to come out in different colors and maybe customize it with letting customers pick the colors.

Great product!! We are early adopters of the GoTether and absolutely love it! On a recent road trip of three cities we used the GoTether every day multiple times. It makes eating out a breeze with Loki! He’s an 85 lb Black Lab so having him so easily “tethered” is a treat! Tables, chairs, benches - regardless of surface the GoTether worked great! Now we won’t leave the house without it and we definitely need a backup!!

I’m really used to just tying my leash off. But I started using this and it actually is a lot easier. The extra weight was weird to have on the leash but I got used to it and I don’t even notice it anymore. I actually like the weight of it, it makes it feel and is very well built. It’s a lot easier to clamp onto a table or chair leg compared to the old tie up method. Plus now I have a clamp if I ever need it for whatever randomly also. The clamp versus tying up allow my dog to have an extra foot or two of leash length. Plus it’s also kind of a fun fidget. I’m glad I have it and am more than happy to support a Spokane local small business. It’s also a good and different talking point, especially with other dog owners. The design and feel is simple and sleek. Definitely recommend. I got mine in person at Wednesday Kendall Yards and it was a few bucks cheaper so I appreciate that. The guy owner was very polite and an obvious dog lover which makes it that much better.
